Things to take into Special Consideration

1. Order Placement and Advance Payment:

• To initiate an order, an advance payment is required. Details regarding the advance payment will be discussed via WhatsApp. 

2. Video Delivery Schedule:

• Your completed video will generally be delivered within 5 days from the order placement date via Google Drive. However, it's important to note that, depending on the complexity of the work, there may be variations in delivery times. Some videos may be sent within a shorter period, while others may take additional time based on the workload and the level of detail involved in the task. Despite these potential variations, our standard delivery time remains set at 5 days.

3. Copyrighted Music Disclaimer:

• Please be aware that the music included in the video may be copyrighted. Posting the video on your social media platforms is done at your own risk.

4. Order Placement and Working Hours:

• Orders will only be accepted on weekdays and Saturdays during our operational hours, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

5. Social Media Sharing Policy: 

• The videos created for clients may be shared on our social media platforms based on our choice.

6. Video Format and Resolution Options:

• Videos will be delivered in .mp4 format with a default resolution of 1080p. If you desire a higher resolution, please request it via WhatsApp, and a nominal fee will be applicable. 

7. Additional Information

• It's noteworthy that certain video advertisements are under 30 seconds in duration. Please be advised that even video advertisements below 30 seconds will commence at the base rate.

STEP 01 : Select your template

• Choose the suitable template you want

STEP 02 : Providing of necessary info through WhatsApp

• Send the code name of the selected template with the Email address along with the Bank Payment Receipt of the Advance amount paid

STEP 03 : Logo and tagline submission

• Send your Logo in '.png' format with a transparent background.

• If available, include your tagline.

• Using the E-Mail address mentioned above in the message, Send these files to 'hkproduction0007@gmail.com'.
